Payment will be taken on booking.

The chat lounge can accept bookings up to 12 hours before the chosen session.

If you need to cancel a session, the chat lounge will need 24 hours notice. If the session is cancelled within the  24 hour period you will still be charged.

The chat lounge is a chat and support service and is in no way a substitute for professional therapy or mental health support.

The chat lounge will not accept any inappropriate or aggressive behavior and will terminate the sessions if inappropriate in any way.
